Daman is a 3 hours drive from Mumbai. It is a union territory situated at West coast of India. And it is a well known and most favourite weekend getaway from 2 neighbouring states, Maharashtra and Gujarat.
I mentioned in my earlier post that my daughter is fascinated with Sun, Sand and Sea; and the beach excursions are one of the most favourite things we like to do very often. So the weekend outings to the beaches nearby Mumbai happen quite frequently.
