#XploreBharat – Paradise in DALHOUSIE

In 2013 during summer vacations, we had planned our trip for Dalhousie and Khajiaar with family. We started our trip with Dalhousie and then it extended to Khajiyaar and Chamba temple.

Since it was a road trip and much-awaited summer break when kids wait for their final exams to get over and start planning for the places to chill out in summer vacations.

To visit a hill station always brings double happiness for us. Vacations at a hill station and to enjoy a break from ‘Delhi ki garmi’. But coming back from summer break back to Delhi always makes all very unhappy. Does that happens to you as well?

#XploreBharat – Sikkim

It was around nine years ago that we had travelled to Sikkim. As a young couple, we were really excited to go to this popular tourist attraction in the North East of India and explore its scenic beauty. Given that I come from Chandigarh, which lies in the foothills of Shivaliks, I have always loved hill-stations.  And as is known, the best part of going to hill stations is that one has to traverse through roads. So three days of road trip it was for us.
